Uncategorized Jan 17, 2022

We hear about it often, but what is happiness really all about, and how do we become happier as individuals? Today’s special guest is Dr. Scott Glassman, and he is here to answer these questions and to give us real life data, specific exercises, and practices around happiness!

Scott Glassman PsyD is a psychologist, Clinical Associate Professor at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and Philadelphia Inquirer contributor. He’s the author of A Happier You: A Seven-Week Program to Transform Negative Thinking into Positivity & Resilience, and founder of the popular wellness program of the same name.

Happiness may seem to be a simple word, but this conversation is a powerful one for all thought leaders, coaches, and business owners to pay attention to!
